By downloading, installing, or using the Tan AI mobile application ("App") or accessing the website at usetanai.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tan AI ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your app store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

The AI skin type analysis feature provides an approximate assessment of your Fitzpatrick skin type based on a photograph. This analysis:
