By downloading, installing, or using the Tan AI mobile application ("App") or accessing the website at usetanai.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

The AI skin type analysis feature provides an approximate assessment of your Fitzpatrick skin type based on a photograph. This analysis:
